Grant Program Eligibility
Grants are permitted for agencies of the government of the State of Kansas or any of its political subdivisions, subject to the grant application process and approval by the INK Board of Directors.

Since inception, INK has granted in excess of $10 million toward greater access to government information and services.
Investment Objectives
- The INK Board will provide grant revenues to support the INK Statutory and Strategic Objectives, the State Strategic Information Management Plan and/or the INK Strategic Plan.
- The INK Board will review grant requests to promote greater government, citizen and business access to state and local government information products and services.
Grant applications are accepted from May 1 to May 31. The grant application and all attachments should be submitted in a standard PDF file electronically via the INK website or e-mail to INK Executive Director Murray McGee at murray.mcgee@ks.gov.
Approved grant projects must be completed within 24 months of the date of the executed grant agreement.
